THE MAN behind the infamous Willy Wonka Experience event has been accused of rape.
Billy Coull, 36, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court from custody where he also faces a separate allegation of sexual assault.
Coull, of Knightswood, made no plea to both charges during a private hearing.
