MILLIONS households of struggling will pay for £20billion the Government's green campaign.

Cash from taxes and energy bills will be pumped into technology to capture and store carbon emissions from power plants and businesses, the Chancellor will say.

Jeremy Hunt, pictured, is set to announce the 20-year plan to raise funds in the Budget on Wednesday as part of the Tories' "clean energy set".
