JOHNNY Vaughan reckons today's live telly is mind-numbingly boring - because bosses want predictable presenters.
The ex-Big Breakfast host, 56, says cautious executives have sucked the fun out of breakfast TV and replaced it with "dull cookery shows".
Johnny told us: "I guess it's about control. Sometimes people lose their faith in talent a bit, because talent can go a bit off the rails.
