
A HOOLIGAN parrot has been carrying out a reign of terror in his neighbourhood.
Terrified residents have to keep an eye out for five-year-old Rocky who often escapes from home before dive-bombing them.
Owner Anna, who does not want to reveal her surname, said: "I got him during lockdown when he couldn't fly.
"He was just under a year old and his wings had been clipped.
"But his feathers started growing back and he learned to fly."
