ENGLAND buried their penalty hoodoo to pull off another Great Escape and seal their place in the Euro 2024 semis.

The Three Lions scored all five of their spot kicks to beat Switzerland in a nerve-shredding shootout after their quarter-final showown ended in a 1-1 stalemate.

Man of the Match Bukayo Saka led England's heroics, scoring the Lions' equaliser before netting from the spot to wipe away memories of his Euro 2020 final miss.

Cole Palmer, Jude Bellingham, Ivan Toney and Trent Alexander-Arnold completed England's perfect penalty spree to sink the Swiss, who had led 1-0 with just 15 minutes left.
