LEEDS RHINOS' stuttering play-off hopes remain intact after overcoming coachless Huddersfield Giants.
But they may have to chase down the top six without their destructive prop Sam Lisone after he avoided punishment for the use of his elbow.
Brad Arthur got his first win as Rhinos head coach as they earned a win that moved them to within two points of the play-offs.
However, the Rhinos were fortunate to see Lisone go unpunished after he struck Huddersfield half-back Oliver Russell in the face as he carried the ball, with the Rhinos scoring a crucial try a few plays later.
The incident was subsequently put on report, with the wrecking ball forward now at risk of a spell on the sidelines.
