THE teenager kicked in the head by a police officer at an airport has a brain injury, his lawyer claimed.
Akhmed Yakoob said the man - believed to be Fahir Khan, 19 was found to have a cyst after he was admitted to hospital.
Fahir was kicked and stamped on by a male officer at Manchester Airport, while older brother Amaad was seen being hauled across the floor and pinned down by officers.
Speaking to reporters outside Rochdale police station, Mr Yakoob said Fahir's health has declined since the incident.
