And when you are Derby boss Paul Warne, who engineered promotion back into the Championship, the pats of the back were both deserved and widespread.
Warne is a social animal who loves travelling and sightseeing, but he committed THE cardinal sin this summer after using the price of fame to his advantage.

Warne said: "I had a selfie taken with a Derby fan near the Trevi Fountain in Rome, I was recognised in Denmark and then someone came over and talked to me when I was out with a group of mates in Benidorm.
"However, I want to apologise to anyone who saw me returning from East Midlands airport this summer.
