MANCHESTER City and England icon Francis Lee has died aged 79 after a long battle with lung cancer.
The striker, renowned as one of the hardest men in football, scored 148 goals in 330 appearances for the Blues before a stint as chairman.
He passed away in the early hours yesterday. City said in a statement issued hours after his death the football legend's family are devastated.
