ECUADOR'S president has told police to "neutralize" violent crooks after a terrifying attack on a live TV studio.
Daniel Noboa gave the order after masked gunmen stormed channel TC, forcing staff who were begging for their lives to the floor.
It happened during a 60-day state of emergency, which began after feared gang boss Adolfo Macías Villamar known as Fito - vanished from his prison cell.
