JOS BUTTLER claims England will go in search of a third World Cup in four years as "attacking" rather than defending champions.
Such is Buttler's disgust at the idea of defending anything in a game of white-ball cricket, he hopes to set his team on the path to more glory thanks to a method that has been proven to work.
As the holders of the 50-over and 20-over World Cups, there is little doubt that England have struck gold.
And were Buttler to lift a third crown for this generation of players, it would cement their place in the sporting history something he believes they are more than capable of achieving.
"Absolutely we can win again," he said. "We're all dreamers and we all want to be able to say those things.
