DAN AZEEZ fell in love with boxing thanks to YouTube.
But he wasn't watching the influencers that promoters are trying to tell us will bring new eyes to the sport.
Azeez, 33, was watching proper fighters and their highlight reels in his spare time while studying accounting and finance at Essex University.
He had dabbled in the sweet science as a kid but had never really taken it seriously.
But as the Londoner gazed at the knockouts, he suddenly got the urge to try it for himself.
"I used to watch a lot of YouTube when I was at university," said Azeez, ahead of his European title fight in Paris tonight against Frenchman Thomas Faure.
