SEAN DYCHE believes this is the first transfer window he has had at Everton where he doesn't have to sell to balance the books.
The Toffees boss insists any sales this month will be only if they bring in a better player.
The club was finally taken over by the Friedkin Group last month when the American firm got Premier League approval.
It follows years of penny-pinching when Farhad Moshiri's wild spending dried up and left the Toffees stuck with financial problems which led to two points deductions last season.
