DAN BIGGAR revealed the shocking inspired source for Wales' opening victory over Fiji - arch-rivals England.
Biggar admits that Wales watched 14-man England's slow suffocation of Argentina on Saturday and agreed they had to adopt a similar mindset.
It meant that in the crucial dying moments, when Fiji were bombarding the Wales line, they could hold fast and seal a 32-26 triumph.
"Probably for large areas of the game we were second best," said fly-half Biggar. "We just dug in.
"I've got to be honest, I thought England were absolutely magnificent after going down to 14 men and we spoke about having a similar mindset - working your absolute socks off.
