The Die Hard star celebrated his 68th birthday yesterday surrounded by his family including wife Emma Heming, ex-wife Demi Moore and his children.
In a video posted to mark the occasion, he could be seen making gestures with his hands and beaming with joy as they sang happy birthday to him and he could be heard saying “hooray”.
Ghost actress Moore, 60, wrote alongside an Instagram post: “Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate you today. Love you and love our family.”
Last year it was announced that Willis, who also starred in Pulp Fiction and Armageddon, would be “stepping away” from acting after being diagnosed with aphasia, a condition affecting his cognitive abilities. His wife Heming, 44, admitted she had spent his birthday morning in tears and wrote a candid message about caring for someone living with frontotemporal dementia (FTD).
