The FTSE 100-listed firm reported underlying sales growth of 41% so far this year, meaning it is on track to beat guidance for annual revenues and profits.
Shares rose 6% or 33p to 585.6p as Informa added it is well placed for “continued growth and acceleration in 2023”, particularly with China’s Covid reopening still to come.
Events in next year’s calendar include the 10th edition of London Tech Week, where more than 20,000 participants are expected at the QEII Centre. Other high-profile events include the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
