The DGCA suspended the flying training organisation (FTO) license of the Alchemist Aviation after its Cessna 152 training aircraft crash-landed in Chandil Dam in Seraikela-Kharsawan district of Jharkhand after taking off from Sonari aerodrome on August 29.
