IIT-K 'SEXUAL ABUSE' CASE: HC STAYS ACP'S ARREST

The Allahabad high court on Thursday stayed the arrest of ACP Mohsin Khan in the alleged sexual abuse of a PhD scholar of IIT-Kanpur.

The female student had accused the ACP of sexually exploiting her on false promise of marriage and deliberately concealing his marital status.
