All these schemes will be undertaken under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), said officials.
Officials said the RDD had set up a target to complete the schemes by March 31 next year by ensuring that funds were available on time and manpower resources were adequate.
According to officials, sports facilities like badminton court, basketball court, running track and volleyball court will be built in gram panchayats so that children and youths may avail of them to stay fit and prepare for physical tests required in employment examinations.
