RANCHI: Congress party workers, led by its Jharkhand unit chief Keshav Mahto Kamlesh, marched from their party office to Shaheed Chowk in Ranchi to protest the "false" case filed against the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, after a scuffle in the Parliament on Thursday.
Two MPs of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) were injured when the saffron party and Congress MPs came face-to-face while holding protests over the Ambedkar row, following a remark by home minister Amit Shah in the Rajya Sabha. While both sides filed police complaints, an FIR has been registered under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against Gandhi.
