His wife, who passed away battling cancer years ago, made him promise that he would not stop living. So, he decides that he will become the oldest person to complete a triathlon: 1.5 km of swimming, 40 km of bicycling and 10 km of running. Old age poses a big challenge. Can he achieve this?
