MORE than 10,000 people are missing, feared dead, after a powerful storm unleashed catastrophic floods in eastern Libya.
Neighbourhoods were swept away in torrential rain and mudslides as streets were turned into rivers.
At least 700 bodies have been buried and a health minister put the current death toll at 2,300.
Sunday's deluge from Storm Daniel brought devastation to the coastal cities of Bayda and Benghazi.
