A FAMILY left "utterly shocked" by their dad's body after it was sent home from Spain were later told the remains were of a Frenchman, the High Court heard.
Widower Michael Curley died unexpectedly, aged 83, of a heart attack while on holiday in 2016.
Daughter Jackie Costelloe - who is suing for alleged psychiatric injuries - said the mix-up was "like a horror movie" and the body "bore no resemblance whatsoever to my father".
