BRUCE Springsteen took a break from wowing concert fans to view the Book of Kells at the weekend.
The Boss visited Dublin’s Trinity College Library to see the 9th century manuscript, before delighting punters by dropping into The Long Hall pub on George’s Street for a drink.
Springsteen, 73, was also spotted chowing down on a fish and chips at Leo Burdock in Christchurch.
The owner of the 110-year-old chipper has hailed Bruce as a “genuinely nice guy” after he visited the iconic Dublin institution.
Charlie McGrachan took a photograph of the rock legend with his staff.
Adelighted Charlie told us: “When he comes to town, over the last 10 or 12 times, we’ve managed to get him in. He’s become a regular.
