A WOMAN who claims former footballer Paddy McCourt sexually assaulted her told a court yesterday she "felt someone put their hand up the rear of my dress".
Ex-Northern Ireland and Celtic player McCourt, 39, denies putting his hand up the woman's skirt from behind and touching her bottom.
The incident is alleged to have happened in bar Fifty-Seven in Waterloo Street, Derry, just after midnight on January 30 last year.
The complainant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told the city's Magistrates Court the alleged incident occurred "when I was a bit tipsy".
She said it had left her shocked and traumatised.
