The 77-year-old former wife of Elvis Presley told an audience on her UK tour that granddaughter Riley Keough was "great" and there was no row over money.
She said reports of a dispute with actress Riley, 33, and her other grandkids Finley and Harper Lockwood had come "out of Memphis" but were not true.
The Dallas and Naked Gun actress said during An Evening with Priscilla Presley in Newcastle: "We are just fine.
Lisa Marie, 54, died in January after suffering a cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California.
