ANDREW MORAN is poised to complete a loan move to Blackburn Rovers today in a significant step in the rising star's career.
The former Bray ace is one of Irish football and Brighton's top young prospects and wants to seize this opportunity to play regular first-team football.
Moran, 19, has made three senior appearances for Brighton over the last two seasons, including a Premier League debut against Everton in January.
He was also a regular on the bench for Roberto De Zerbi's team in England's top flight last season.
And, on Tuesday, he scored twice for Brighton's under-21s in a 3-2 Papa John's Trophy win over Walsall.
Brighton only handed Moran - who signed from Bray in 2020 - a bumper contract extension in April and he is committed to the Seagulls until the summer of 2027.
