IRELAND'S best-known Man City fan is already planning the celebrations in Turkey where his club hopes to complete an historic Treble success.

City, who thumped Real Madrid 4-0 to reach next month's Champions League Final in Istanbul, are already in the FA Cup Final, and can win the English Premier League on Sunday.

Gareth Hayes, 40, who was named City's Fan of the Year in 2006, is battling a brain tumour and is in a wheelchair.

But he yesterday vowed neither those nor the estimated €3,500 costs will stop him witnessing The Treble bid after being at City's Etihad Stadium on Wednesday to see them beat Real Madrid in our best performance ever".

Gareth told the Irish Mirror: "We were there for the Madrid match and started booking flights for the final the next morning.
