Head of academy, Nick Cox, has been praised for his work with the youth teams since being appointed into the role in the summer of 2019.
The former Watford and Sheffield United man has been credited with making massive improvements in the academy, and that is now filtering into the first team.
After impressing Erik ten Hag this time last year during pre-season, midfielder Kobbie Mainoo went on to play a key role in the season.
His performances earned him a call up to the England team for Euro 2024.
