Haaland has had two sensational seasons at City since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2022, scoring 90 goals in 98 appearances, as well as adding 15 assists at a rate of a goal involvement every 75 minutes.
He has two Premier League winners' medals, two Golden Boots, a host of individual awards, and of course the Champions League title from last season.
City's capture of Haaland was a coup, but noises from his camp have suggested he will leave the club to experience another league while he remains at the top of his game. Real Madrid have been longterm admirers, but have this summer signed Kylian Mbappe.
