TYSON Fury has been forced to postpone his fight with Oleksandr Usyk after sustaining a freak cut during a sparring session in Riyadh.
WBC champion Fury was due to battle WBO, WBA and IBF titlist Usyk in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, February 17. However, the bout has now been postponed after a cut, which opened above Fury's right eye, required significant stitching.
Fury vs. Usyk was due to be the first fight in the fourbelt era for the heavyweight titles.
