Maguire went down inside the first minute at Craven Cottage after colliding with Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz as the pair battled for possession. The center-back suffered a blow to the head and looked slightly dazed.
After being checked by United's medical staff and following concussion protocols, Maguire continued and produced another solid performance, despite going down again with a hand injury. Erik ten Hag's side went on to win 1-0, with Bruno Fernandes scoring the winner in added time.
