A MUM says she has been left 'intimidated' in her own home after 'aggressive' bailiffs threatened to 'bring a locksmith' over her son's bus lane fine.
The Oldham mother, who has asked not to be named, said she had no knowledge of the fine before she was visited by an enforcement agent from Marston Holdings in October, who delivered a letter through her door claiming her son owed £409.
It said the agent had visited 'with the intention to remove your belongings' and that 'enforcement action will carry on if you don't pay the total amount you owe or contact the agent immediately. She says she rang straight away and explained her son did not live at her address and everything there belonged to her. But she says she was left shaken and 'scared.
