Rahmat Qalander - now behind bars also sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl on another bus just five days later, police have revealed.
The 23-year-old, who police said was classed by a judge as a dangerous offender, has now been jailed for 10 years.
Qalander targeted the woman on the X43 bus from Burnley to Manchester on February 1 this year. He's said to have sat next to his victim upstairs before forcing her to go to the back of the bus with him, where he raped her.
