Affordable housing developer Alley Roads has commenced construction on a R10 billion housing project in Shakaskraal about seven kilometres north of Ballito on the booming KwaZulu-Natal North Coast.
The ambitious project spans 450 hectares and is touted to become the largest residential estate in the province, offering over 6 000 affordable housing units.
Palm View Estate is designed to cater to a wide range of residents, featuring multi-generational living options, a retirement estate and various lifestyle amenities.
