The MK party has suspended three members, Kwazi Mbanjwa, Thobani Zuma and Sifiso Zuma.
Sifiso Zuma has been accused of employing 60 people without permission.
Also at stake is R60 million of provincial party funds.
This comes after a group of disgruntled MK party members from KwaZulu-Natal demanded the reinstatement of three provincial executive committee (PEC) members who were suspended on January 1.
It is believed that the trio got on the wrong side of the party's secretary-general Floyd Shivambu for various transgressions related to party funds.
There were also concerns about possible missing funds.
On his X post, Duduzane Zuma said the MK party would not tolerate ill-discipline.
"There must be harsh consequences for those protesting outside my father's house.
