'Ferrari' Will Jordan returns to rev up All Blacks

Fleet-footed Jordan, 26, has touched down 31 times in as many Tests since his debut in 2020 and scored a hat-trick against the Pumas in a 44-6 victory in the World Cup semi-final last year.

Fullback Jordan went under the knife earlier this year and has not played for New Zealand since being on the losing side against South Africa in the World Cup final.

"Will's looking great in training," All Blacks flyhalf Damian McKenzie told reporters yesterday ahead of the Rugby Championship opener.

"He's like a Ferrari - bring him out of the garage at the right time and he's ready to go.
