A: The most profound shift I witness in my clients is when they experience deep acceptance and compassion for themselves. As adults, we often internalize harsh judgments or limiting beliefs about our worth, rooted in childhood experiences. Our truths as adults are based on our childhood stories. When clients reconnect with their inner child, they realize that the wounds they carry were never their fault and that they are inherently worthy of love and kindness. This newfound self-compassion helps them move past patterns of self-criticism and self-doubt, positively influencing their relationships, work, and sense of inner peace.
