The state government is preparing for a major administrative reshuffle in the New Year. The transfer list, containing the names of IAS officers may be issued after January 5. Transfer list of IPS officers may also be released soon.
In these lists, the officers, who have been recently promoted, may get new postings.
In the administrative reshuffle, a new Principal Secretary may be sent to the Chief Minister's Secretariat.
Akash Tripathi, who is on deputation to the Centre, will return to the state and take over as PS.
