They had previously raised this issue with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.
Anshuman's father, Ravi Pratap Singh, a retired JCO, shared his distress: "Our daughter-in-law left with everything and has changed her address. We don't even have a receipt for the Kirti Chakra; she took that too." His wife, Manju Singh, echoed his sentiments, highlighting the need for parents to be honoured as well.
