The alleged owner of the hoarding that came crashing down on a petrol pump in Ghatkopar, killing14 people, who has been named the primary accused in the incident, Bhavesh Prabhudas Bhinde, 51, was declared absconding by the Pant Nagar Police on Tuesday.
According to police, two separate teams that were sent to Bhinde's home and office
addresses both in Mulund - were greeted by locked doors. Neighbours informed the police that Bhinde, along with his family, had 'gone out' the day before - on Monday - when the incident occurred.
