Baruipur POCSO court in South 24 Parganas on Friday ordered capital punishment for Mostakin Sardar, the key accused in rape and murder of a minor girl at Kultali in Jaynagar in south 24 Parganas.

Advocate Biman Chattopadhyay, talking to the media persons, said the case was 'rarest of rare' and the capital punishment was necessary.

"The judge before pronouncing the punishment asked the accused if he wanted to say anything, the accused said that he was framed. DNA and other things matched with the accused," Chattopadhyay.
