The 'AirHelp Score report 2024' – which gives the global annual ranking of the world's best airlines – has placed the domestic carrier IndiGo near the bottom, at 103; the worst ranked is at 109. The report also ranked Air India at 61 and AirAsia at 94.
Bottom up, the ten airlines were: Tunisair, Buzz, Bulgaria Air, Pegasus Airlines, EL AL Israel Airlines, Nouvelair, Tarom, IndiGo, Air Mauritius, Sky Express.
From a list of over 800 airlines around the world, Airhelp selected the biggest in terms of passenger numbers and popularity and data from "every flight between 1st January and 31st October 2024" was analysed.
