The mum and dad, along with their two young children, are now living in a hotel room and say they could be there for months.
The family of four have been living in the Sanctuary Housing Association flat in Charlotte Street for two years. Kiara Whiteley and her partner Aaron Tack say there's been water leaks and dampness in the property since they moved in - which eventually led to the ceiling collapsing.
Mum-of-two, Kiara was in the kitchen with her young children when the ceiling caved in and falling debris narrowly missed her two-year-old son. Kiara, 23, and the children's father Aaron, also 23, say they had previously voiced numerous concerns to Sanctuary housing.
