THE family of a beautiful little boy, whose life was tragically cut short in May after he was diagnosed with an incurable type of brain tumour, will take him on his final journey through Plymouth today, before he is laid to rest.
Jayden Lamerton was just six years old when he passed away surrounded by his family after a short battle with cancer. Jayden, a huge Liverpool FC fan, was diagnosed with high grade brain tumour diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma [DIPG] in January after being referred for an MRI after a visit to the eye infirmary.
In his final months, a GoFundMe helped give little Jayden some incredible final experiences and also helped his family with travel, petrol and hotel costs during his treatment.
