TWO of Plymouth Argyle’s three professional goalkeepers are being assessed for injuries they have picked up, leaving Callum Burton as their only fit shot-stopper.
First choice Mike Cooper suffered a knee injury during the first half of the top-of-the-table clash against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough and had to be replaced by Burton, who made his league debut for the Pilgrims.
Meanwhile, 23-year-old Adam Parkes has a shoulder problem which has cut short his loan spell at Southern League Premier South side Plymouth Parkway.
Parkes made his 14th appearance for Parkway in their 1-1 draw at home to Beaconsfield Town last Tuesday, when Argyle manager Steven Schumacher was among an impressive crowd of 508.
