Marjon moving up rankings in Good Uni guide

PLYMOUTH Marjon has moved up in the new Good University Guide.

The university is seventh in the South West, and 75th in the whole of the UK, which is a move up from last year.

The University of Plymouth is fifth in the South West, or 70th nationally.

The University of Bath is the number one university in the South West, according to The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2025. It has been in the top 10 for a decade and holds its own without being a member of the elite Russell Group.

Last year saw a record-breaking number of applications: 34,000 with just 3.5% of places achieved through clearing.

Bath is also runner up for the Sports University of the Year 2025.
