MANAGERS of a Plymouth restaurant say they are "devastated" after being given a poor food hygiene rating, which they believe was impacted by extensive building work at a neighbouring property.
Barbican Pasta Bar received a zero food hygiene rating after an inspection on August 1. A spokesperson said the restaurant has been trading for 33 years and has never previously had a rating lower than a four.
