Caradon Pilot Gig Club were first across the line out of 265 boats and more than 2,500 rowers in the 21.6-mile event, which is considered among the biggest European events of its kind.
The Saltash-based team seized victory with a handicapped time of 2 hours, 58 minutes, and 36 seconds, making them the only team with a final time under three hours.
Plymouth's two Royal Marines Associations Gig Club teams also competed and finished in 119th and 178th place respectively.
