The home side however, rose to the challenge and managed to put together some of their best basketball of the season, heading into the half-time break still in the contest.
The second half however, proved to be a very different story. The visitors bombarded the Patriots with trademark three-pointer after three-pointer. The Nix took a commanding lead and continued to rain down threes as the game reached its final seconds. The Patriots would lose 112-80.
